Commission
How commission works
Commission is a percentage of each completed job, at the rate for the job's category. Every offer shows that job's commission and what you keep after it, before you accept. It is charged only on jobs you complete.
The mechanism
- Every category has its own rate, and that rate applies to every job in it.
- Every offer shows the commission on that job and what you keep, before you accept.
- Online-paid job: commission comes off, the rest is credited to your wallet at completion.
- Cash job: you keep the cash, and the commission is recorded as a balance you owe.
- You are never charged commission on a job you did not complete.
Why it is set per category
Trades differ. A tap repair, a full-home paint job and a bike service are not the same kind of work, so one percentage for everything would fit almost none of them. Each category carries a rate that suits it — and on bike and car jobs the delivery-back fee is never commissioned, because it pays for moving the vehicle, not for the work.
In every category, you keep the large majority of what a completed booking is worth.

What is true from the day you pay for a plan.
One payment. No renewal.
You pay for a plan once. It does not expire, there is no monthly fee, and there is no subscription quietly running in the background waiting to catch you out. What you paid on day one is what the plan costs.
Only the work you actually do
Inside your categories you tick the individual jobs you take. If you fit ACs but do not do gas refills, you leave gas refills unticked and never get sent one. Your job feed is right by construction, not by filtering.
One rate per category, shown before you accept
Commission is a percentage of each completed job, set for the job's category. Every offer shows that job's commission and what you keep after it, before you accept. On online-paid jobs it comes off before the rest is credited to your wallet; on cash jobs you keep the cash and the commission is recorded as a balance you owe. The rates are set in the admin and can change.
You choose your service areas
Set the points you work from — several are allowed — and offers reach you only for jobs within reach of one of them. No long cross-city trips for a job that barely covers the fuel.
The PINs protect you too
The start PIN proves you attended, and the completion PIN records that the customer accepted the work. If a dispute is raised later, that record exists — which it does not when a job is arranged off-platform.
No targets, no penalties for a quiet week
Accept what fits your day. Declining an offer is free, there is no minimum acceptance rate to maintain and no penalty for going quiet while you finish other work. What does count against you is accepting a job and not turning up.

Inside your categories you tick the specific jobs you are willing to do. This is the part that decides what reaches you: if you fit ACs but do not do gas refills, you leave gas refills unticked and never get sent one. Nobody has to filter your job feed for you, because it was never wrong in the first place.

The one-time plan payment is made securely online (UPI) and activates your plan straight away; there is no separate approval queue to wait in. There is nothing to renew later and no subscription running quietly in the background.

Add your details and service areas
You add your name, years of experience, languages and a photo, and set the points you work from; several are allowed, and offers reach you for jobs within reach of any of them. Bike and car categories need a garage card on file before they can be selected. Your payout account and a 6-digit payout passkey are set up in the app before your first withdrawal.

Start receiving offers
Offers for your ticked jobs near your service areas ring on your phone with the job, the area, the time and the amount; the first professional to accept gets it. Declining is free and there is no target to hit — the only commitment is the jobs you accept, and those you are expected to turn up to.
Payouts
When you get paid
Customers pay either online when they book, or in cash when the job is done. An online payment is credited to your wallet, minus commission, the moment the completion PIN is entered. On a cash job you keep the cash and the commission is recorded against your wallet — if that balance grows too large, offers pause until you clear it in the app.
Withdrawals go to your UPI ID or bank account once your balance reaches the minimum, are protected by a 6-digit payout passkey, and are settled within 5 working days. When a customer cancels after you have accepted, a share of their cancellation charge is credited to your wallet straight away as compensation for the trip, and becomes withdrawable once the platform has had time to collect it.
Commission applies only to jobs you actually complete. A job that is cancelled before you start costs you no commission — though cancelling jobs you have accepted, and especially not turning up to them, counts against you. The full rules are in the partner terms.
