Trade membership · ₹99 for 30 days
Carpenter, Electrician, Fan Installation, Furniture Assembly, Home Painting and Plumber are not part of any plan. Each trade is its own membership, renewable from 10 days before it ends, with reminders before it does. Customers book you as a consultant: they pay HomyZone ₹29, you both see each other’s number the moment you accept, and the work you agree with them is yours in full — no commission. A plan and memberships can be held together.
Plan prices are set in the HomyZone admin and may be revised. The price shown in the app at the time you pay is the one that applies.
Commission
How commission works
Commission is a percentage of each completed job, at the rate for the job's category. Every offer shows that job's commission and what you keep after it, before you accept. It is charged only on jobs you complete.
The mechanism
- Every category has its own rate, and that rate applies to every job in it.
- Every offer shows the commission on that job and what you keep, before you accept.
- Online-paid job: commission comes off, the rest is credited to your wallet at completion.
- Cash job: you keep the cash, and the commission is recorded as a balance you owe.
- You are never charged commission on a job you did not complete.
- Silver and Gold partners pay 1 or 2 points less; rises carry 30 days' notice.
Why it is set per category
Trades differ. A tap repair, a full-home paint job and a bike service are not the same kind of work, so one percentage for everything would fit almost none of them. Each category carries a rate that suits it — and on bike and car jobs the drop-off fee you collect in cash for bringing a ready vehicle home is yours in full, never commissioned. Trades carry no commission at all: the customer pays HomyZone ₹29 to book you, and the work you agree is yours.
In every category, you keep the large majority of what a completed booking is worth.

Why professionals join
What is true from the day you pay for a plan.
One payment. No renewal.
You pay for a plan once. It does not expire, there is no monthly fee, and there is no subscription quietly running in the background waiting to catch you out. What you paid on day one is what the plan costs. The trades are the one exception: each is a ₹99 membership for 30 days, and the work you agree on a trade visit is yours in full, with no commission.
Only the work you actually do
Inside your categories you tick the individual jobs you take. If you fit ACs but do not do gas refills, you leave gas refills unticked and never get sent one. Your job feed is right by construction, not by filtering.
One rate per category, shown before you accept
Commission is a percentage of each completed job, set for the job's category. Every offer shows that job's commission and what you keep after it, before you accept. On online-paid jobs it comes off before the rest is credited to your wallet; on cash jobs you keep the cash and the commission is recorded as a balance you owe. The rates are set in the admin and can change.
You choose your service areas
Set the points you work from — several are allowed — and offers reach you only for jobs within reach of one of them. Each offer shows the street and the time you would promise to arrive by, and turn-by-turn directions run inside the app on HomyZone's own map.
Do well, pay less
Partners move up from Starter to Silver and Gold on their last 90 days of completed jobs, rating, no-shows and on-time arrival. Silver takes 1 point off your commission and Gold 2 points, and better levels are offered jobs first. Customers you invite yourself pay a lower own-customer commission, and they ask for you first.
Rules that cannot change overnight
Any commission rise is announced in the app at least 30 days ahead; a cut applies at once. Strikes and pauses expire on their own, and every pause tells you why. Nobody at HomyZone can switch your account off or end your plan without first calling you.
Refer a partner, earn ₹300
Share your partner code. When someone who joins with it completes 10 jobs of ₹300 or more for at least 5 different customers within 90 days, ₹300 is credited to your wallet.
The PINs protect you too
The start PIN proves you attended, and the completion PIN records that the customer accepted the work. If a dispute is raised later, that record exists — which it does not when a job is arranged off-platform.
No targets, no penalties for a quiet week
Accept what fits your day. Declining an offer is free, there is no minimum acceptance rate to maintain and no penalty for going quiet while you finish other work. What does count against you is accepting a job and not turning up.

Plans differ only in how many categories you may take work from, and are a one-time payment with no renewal date and no expiry. The trades — Carpenter, Electrician, Fan Installation, Furniture Assembly, Home Painting and Plumber — sit outside the plans: each is its own membership of ₹99 for 30 days, renewable from 10 days before it ends, and the work you agree on a trade visit is yours in full with no commission. You can hold a plan and memberships together.

Inside your categories you tick the specific jobs you are willing to do. This is the part that decides what reaches you: if you fit ACs but do not do gas refills, you leave gas refills unticked and never get sent one. Nobody has to filter your job feed for you, because it was never wrong in the first place.
Pay
Pay securely online
The plan payment is made securely online (UPI) and activates your plan straight away; there is no separate approval queue to wait in. A plan is never renewed; a trade membership is renewed only when you pay for another 30 days. Bike and car categories need a garage card on file before they can be selected.
Set up
Add your details and service areas
You add your name, years of experience, languages and a photo, and your work address, which becomes the centre that offers are measured from; you can add more service areas. A garage pins its location once, and garage visits are measured from that pin. Your payout account and a 6-digit payout passkey are set up in the app before your first withdrawal.
Verify
Verify your Aadhaar once
Scan the large UIDAI-signed QR code on your Aadhaar, or a screenshot of your free e-Aadhaar, and take a selfie. When the name matches your profile you are verified at once; anything else goes to a person. If you cannot scan at all, send a photo of the card's front with the first 8 digits covered for us to check. We keep only your name, photo and the last 4 digits — never the full number — and a card photo is deleted once it has been checked. Only verified partners are offered jobs.
Work
Start receiving offers
Offers for your ticked jobs near your service areas ring on your phone — even when the app is closed — with the job, the street, the amount, the commission and what you keep, and the time you would promise to arrive by. The first professional to accept gets it. Turn-by-turn directions to the customer run on HomyZone's own map, with no hand-off to another app. Declining is free and there is no target to hit — the only commitment is the jobs you accept, and those you are expected to turn up to.
Payouts
When you get paid
Customers pay either online when they book, or in cash when the job is done. An online payment is credited to your wallet, minus commission, the moment the completion PIN is entered. On a cash job you keep the cash and the commission is recorded against your wallet. Once what you owe the platform reaches ₹500, offers still ring but you cannot accept a new job until you clear it from the app with any UPI app.
Withdrawals go to your UPI ID or bank account once your balance reaches ₹2,000, are protected by a 6-digit payout passkey, and are settled within 5 working days. When a customer cancels after you have accepted, a share of their cancellation charge is credited to your wallet straight away as compensation for the trip, and becomes withdrawable once the platform has had time to collect it.
When a customer uses a HomyZone discount on a cash job, you collect the bill after the discount and the platform credits the difference to your wallet, so you earn the same either way. Extra work you find on a job is added from HomyZone’s rate card and approved by the customer in the app before you do it.
Commission applies only to jobs you actually complete. A job that is cancelled before you start costs you no commission — though cancelling jobs you have accepted, and especially not turning up to them, counts against you. The full rules are in the partner terms.
Founding partners
The first 100 partners get their rates locked
The first 100 partners to pay for a plan become founding partners. For 24 months from that day, your commission rate in each category stays at the rate on that day — and if HomyZone lowers a rate, the lower one applies. Your level discount still comes off the locked rate, and the app shows the date your rates are locked until.
A founding partner who completes fewer than 10 jobs in their first 30 days can have their first plan payment refunded in full, once. The full rules are clauses P48 and P49 of the partner terms.
