Where this text comes from
Both documents are version 2026-09-23.1, effective 23 September 2026. They are the terms the HomyZone and HomyZone Partner apps fetch live and show under Profile › Terms & Conditions, with every figure — cancellation shares, cashback rate, plan prices, time limits — filled in from the platform’s settings. If this site and the app ever differ, the app’s text is the one that applies.
